Placing an Order
  • Customers can place orders with our company through various channels, including via chat on our LINE Official account (@bigfridgeboy), or directly on our website at www.bigfridgeboy.com.
  • The company will arrange delivery after receiving payment from the customer. Payment can be made to our Kasikorn Bank account, account number 121-3-23743-4, under the name BFB Frozen Foods Co., Ltd.
  • Once payment is received, the company will send a confirmation to the customer's provided email address if the order was placed through the website. For orders placed via direct conversation with our representatives, the representative will summarize the payment amount and confirm the transaction directly with the customer.
  • If you do not receive a response or order confirmation within 1-2 days after placing your order, please contact us to follow up on your order status. You can reach us via LINE Official (@bigfridgeboy) or by phone at 063-264-9982.
Delivery Options
Customers can choose between two delivery methods:

1. Delivery via Grab
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the actual distance. (You can estimate the delivery fee by pinning the location "Big Fridge Boy International and Japanese Food Ingredients, Bang Bon Branch" on Google Maps.)

  • For this delivery option, you can specify a preferred time for receiving your order.

2. Delivery via Refrigerated Trucks (Nationwide delivery is available)

2.1 For Bangkok and surrounding areas, the delivery fee is 150 THB per delivery (up to 20 kg per delivery).

2.2 For other provinces, the delivery fee is 200 THB per delivery (up to 20 kg per delivery).

2.3 For island destinations, the delivery fee is 300 THB per delivery (up to 20 kg per delivery).

  • Free delivery is available for orders of 3,000 THB or more (excluding island destinations).
  • Our deliveries are made using cardboard boxes, and refrigerated trucks from private companies handle temperature-controlled shipping. If customers prefer foam boxes for packaging, this option is available as well, with packaging costs based on the size of the foam box.
  • For this delivery method (refrigerated trucks), we cannot specify an exact delivery time. Typically, deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
  • Customers can track the status of their order or request a tracking number via LINE Official (@bigfridgeboy) or by calling 063-264-9982.


Delivery Time
  • The processing and delivery time for Bangkok and surrounding areas is 2-3 business days, while for other provinces it is 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • The companys cut-off time for orders is 1:00 PM (13:00) every day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed as part of the following days orders.
Terms for Modifying or Changing the Delivery Address
  • Products sold by the company will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through the respective ordering channel. If a customer wishes to change the delivery address or if an incorrect address was provided, the customer can contact us to request an address modification. Changes may only be possible if the product has not yet been dispatched.

  • Please note that the company reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees if the address is modified after the product has been dispatched, to ensure delivery to the newly provided address.
Product Receipt and Return Policy
  • You can inspect the products by opening the package to check their condition before signing for or accepting the delivery. If there are any issues, such as incorrect items, incomplete orders, or damaged products, please immediately report the problem by calling 063-264-9982 or through LINE Official (@bigfridgeboy). In such cases, you may refuse to accept the delivery directly from the driver. Once the recipient signs for or accepts the product, it is considered fully received in good condition and as per the order.
  • To ensure fast and accurate delivery, we kindly ask that you provide complete and accurate address details, especially a contact phone number. Our staff will contact you before delivery. We also appreciate clear address information, such as house number, street, subdistrict, or noticeable landmarks, to ensure quick and correct delivery. If our delivery staff cannot reach you before the delivery, they will attempt to deliver to the address you provided.
  • Since our products are frozen, they cannot be left at room temperature. Therefore, it is crucial to establish contact with you prior to delivery. If the driver reaches the destination and there is no one to receive the order, or if we cannot contact the customer, or if the delivery cannot be completed, the company will return the products to the warehouse and attempt delivery the following day. However, if contact still cannot be made, or the delivery cannot be completed again, the company reserves the right to halt the delivery and return the products to the warehouse. If the customer later contacts us to request the product, a new delivery will be scheduled, and additional delivery fees will apply.
Requesting a Tax Invoice
  • You can request a tax invoice by indicating your preference in the "Remarks" section when placing an order on our website. If ordering through a representative via chat, you can also request a tax invoice by providing your name, address, and tax identification number. Please ensure that all details for the tax invoice are correct before submitting them to our staff.
Ordering Products Sold by Weight
  • For products sold by weight, the company will collect a deposit based on the lowest estimated weight of the product. For example, if the product is an Australian Ribeye Whole Cut with a weight specification of 4-7 kilograms per piece, priced at 950 THB per kilogram, the company will request a deposit based on 4 kilograms to initiate the order. In this case, the deposit to open the order would be 4 * 950 = 3,800 THB.
  • Afterward, the company will weigh the product to two decimal places and notify you of the exact amount based on the actual weight the following day. For instance, if the total weight is 4.52 kilograms, and the deposit was made for 4 kilograms, the additional payment would be for 0.52 kilograms. Therefore, 0.52 * 950 = 494 THB, which will be charged in the second payment.
Product Cutting
1. When ordering product cutting, you can choose to cut by weight or by thickness, but not both criteria simultaneously.

  • For example, if you want to order Australian Ribeye to be cut at 200 grams per piece, we can do that and vacuum seal each piece. Alternatively, you can request cutting by thickness, such as 2 cm, 3 cm, or 4 cm, according to your preference.
  • However, you cannot specify both criteria at the same time, such as requiring Australian Ribeye to be cut to 400 grams in weight and 2 inch in thickness. You will need to choose either the weight or thickness criterion for each piece.

2. For cutting based on weight, we follow international standards. The weight provided will be approximately close to the requested weight, with a permissible range of plus or minus 40 grams. For example, if you request cutting at 200 grams, the actual weight might be 186 grams, 205 grams, or 218 grams, but the variation will not be significant when compared visually. This is a normal practice for weight-based cutting. We are unable to ensure that every piece will be exactly as specified without any variation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


3. For cutting based on thickness, the minimum thickness we can cut is 1.5 cm.
